Check In: Check in time is 4:00 pm. (Depending on season)

Check Out: Check out time is 11:00 am. (Depending on season)

Payments: All reservations shall be paid for in advance. The reservation must be secured by receipt of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner.

Security Deposit: All reservations require a security deposit for the protection of the property should any damage occur during the stay. The guest should advise the office if they find anything out of order or broken upon check in. This deposit is subject to a cleaning fee which shall be deducted prior to the deposit being returned to the guest. All security deposits shall be mailed to the guest within three weeks of the guests check out.

Minimum Stays: During the summer we require weekly stays. Generally the minimum stay for holidays and special events is 4 nights.

Room Tax: Cairn House is subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be charged in addition to the room rent.

Smoking: Cairn House is a non smoking house, any smoking must be outside the premises.

Prices: Please note that nightly room charges are subject to change without prior notice. Cairn House and Beach House Vacation Rentals reserves the same right of cancellation which is afforded to the guest as stated in the reservation confirmation.

Parking: All guest vehicles must be parked off-street.
